Longing for the sun

One of the most spectacular mornings so far. The sun was rising over the frozen lake and the fog was forming at the same time. Wandering over the ice I saw this dead branch of the trее. As if it would be striving to reach for the sun, but lost all the hope and got frozen in ice. The day inspiring all kinds of mysterious imaginations.
